Deposits / Payments
Individuals – 30% of the cruise price per person confirms the space. The balance is due 120 days prior to departure.
Method of Payment
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, personal check, money order and wire transfer are all accepted.
Payment on Board
Payable in cash (USD$ dollar, GBP£ pound sterling, EUR€ Euro, or EGP£ Egyptian pound) or by credit or debit card if amount is greater than $25 USD. Credit cards will have a 3 percent surcharge added; debit cards have no surcharge. American Express is not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Individuals:
- More than 120 days prior to departure, a full refund will be issued less a 5% cancellation fee.
- 120 days to 60 days – 50% refund. If the canceled space is resold and the trip departs full, a refund will be issued less a 5% administrative fee.
- Less than 60 days prior to departure – No refund unless the canceled space is resold and the trip departs full, in which case a refund will be issued less a 5% administrative fee.
